Nutrir LLC (“Company”) provides online nutritional consultations, wellness memberships, and info-products.
Certified Nutritionist Status: Services are provided by a Certified Nutritionist. In the state of Texas, these services are intended for health and wellness optimization and education.
1. Not Medical Advice
You acknowledge that our consultants are not medical doctors or licensed physicians. These services do not constitute the practice of medicine or "Medical Nutrition Therapy" (MNT). We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical disease or condition.
2. Mandatory Health Disclaimer
If you have a chronic medical condition (e.g., Diabetes, Hypertension, Pregnancy, etc.), you must obtain clearance from your primary care physician before starting any nutritional program. You agree to provide an accurate health history and to notify the Company immediately of any changes to your medical status.
3. Privacy & Data Security
The Company protects your personal information in accordance with Texas law. Your diet and lifestyle data will be kept confidential and used solely for your consultations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Nutrir LLC shall not be liable for any health complications or damages arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims resulting from your failure to disclose medical conditions.
5. Governing Law & Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
Refund & Results Policy

2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have engaged with the program fully. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and include:

Reason for Dissatisfaction: A specific explanation of why the protocol did not meet the "What You’ll Experience" criteria (e.g., energy levels, bloating, etc.).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted if:
The request is made after the 14-day window.
The "Proof of Work" (photos and report) is incomplete or does not match the protocol guidelines.
The customer simply "changed their mind" or did not start the protocol.
