Membership Terms & Contitions

We understand that life can be busy and sometimes canceling appointments is necessary. To ensure we provide excellent service to all our clients, we ask for your cooperation with the following cancellation policy:

1. The Service & Professional Status

Nutrir LLC (“Company”) provides online nutritional consultations and wellness memberships.

Certified Nutritionist Status: Services are provided by a Certified Nutritionist. In the state of Texas, these services are intended for health and wellness optimization and education.

Not Medical Advice: You acknowledge that our consultants are not medical doctors or licensed physicians. These services do not constitute the practice of medicine or "Medical Nutrition Therapy" (MNT). We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical disease or condition.

2. Mandatory Health Disclaimer

If you have a chronic medical condition (e.g., Diabetes, Hypertension, Pregnancy, etc.), you must obtain clearance from your primary care physician before starting any nutritional program. You agree to provide an accurate health history and to notify the Company immediately of any changes to your medical status.

3. Membership Plans & Price Guarantee

By enrolling, you select a membership term of 3, 6, or 12 months.

Price Guarantee: The monthly rate agreed upon at the start of your term is guaranteed and will not increase for the duration of your 3, 6, or 12-month commitment.

Monthly Installments: Your membership fee is billed in monthly installments every 30 days to the payment method on file.

No Refunds on Processed Payments: All monthly payments are non-refundable. Once a monthly charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded or prorated, regardless of whether you utilized your consultation or chose to cancel the membership mid-month.

4. Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling

To respect the time of our consultants, the following rules apply to all scheduled sessions:

48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule or cancel your session with no fee or penalty.

24 to 48 Hours Notice: You may reschedule one (1) session per month without a fee. A second rescheduling request within this window in the same month results in a forfeited session.

Less than 24 Hours Notice: A $20 late-rescheduling fee will be charged to book a new time.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session is forfeited.

5. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your membership at any time during your commitment term.

Termination: To avoid being charged for the following month, you must cancel your membership at least [3-5] business days before your next scheduled billing date.

Effect of Cancellation: If you cancel after a monthly charge has processed, you will retain access to your membership benefits until the end of that paid billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of that month.

6. Privacy & Data Security

The Company protects your personal information in accordance with Texas law. Your diet and lifestyle data will be kept confidential and used solely for your consultations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Nutrir LLC shall not be liable for any health complications or damages arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify the Company against any claims resulting from your failure to disclose medical conditions.

8. Governing Law & Venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas.
